The great different aspect of this equipment are the two mobile vertical bars, which can be moved back and forward, with or without resistance from the rubber band,  enabling more functional exercises and exercises with different body inclinations, resulting in a much higher work of the abdomen, and increasing the activation of nerves and muscles, also allowing the variation of exercise complexity as needed.
