With it , it’s possible to work all the classic Pilates movements and to innovate with multiple exercises. The different aspect of the equipment  is a platform that may be fixed or rotatory, at 300 degrees, which allows to work the rotation of the spine in the three plans. Such functionality also allows more quality in the exercises, since it activates the core during all movements and works the nerve and muscle activation in most of the exercises.
