This equipment is full of different aspects, with a large variety of exercises. It is provided with mobile upper bars that slide downwards and upwards, which may be fixed or mobile. The upper bars are provided with transversal  bars that move from one side to the other, enabling an increase in the gain of the body’s functional movements. All this provides more freedom of body movements and its joints, besides generating multiple possibilities of exercises with more quality of movements, improving the motor coordination, balance and agility training, resulting in a great nerve and muscle work.
